Believe it or not, even with many many years experience as professional photographers, there’s always a job that feels somehow more special, more unique. It was an absolute privilege to photograph the Queensland Symphony Orchestra. Surely you’ll agree that conductor Alondra de la Parra’s selection for APLNG’s Symphony Under The Stars was unexpected, colourful, exotic and totally kicked ass!

Congratulations to all those who became Australian citizens yesterday at Gladstone Entertainment Convention Centre. It was yet again a moving ceremony with great speeches by Mayor Matt Burnett, Ken O’Dowd MP, Cindi Bush Councillor Gladstone Regional Council, Councillor PJ Sobhanian and especially by elder Richard Johnson. Great performance of “I am an Australian” and the National Anthem by Annamonet Massey too.
