What we did This was one of the most technically challenging jobs we got to do. In order to film the first blast at the newly reopened QMQ quarry in Blackwater, we had to stay 2 kilometres away from the quarry pit and operate the drones with no direct line of sight. A timelapse camera was also in place to capture this momentous event from the ground. It all worked out and we got some mesmeraising images without any damage to equipment or ourselves!
